MailerSend was configured as the transactional email provider with DNS authentication handled in coordination with the firm's IT team. SMS automation was set up through Sakari, ensuring messages came from the firm's own number.

The HubSpot intake form on the firm's website was replaced with an ActionStep Capture form — automatically creating new lead records in ActionStep on submission, eliminating manual data entry between systems.
